One of the three consultants reads what you have as the board will and writes back with where it stands — which letter you are writing, which review path it belongs on, what is missing — and, where one is called for, a written quote for one of the three packages. What happens nextafter your first letter arrives re: the free review, step by step
  1. Your letter lands on the desk, not in a queue. One of the three consultants — Cecilia, Josephine or Lauren — takes it according to where the project stands.
  2. We ask for what you have. A signed proposal, a draft application, a consent form, a returned letter — whatever exists. Nothing yet is also an answer; then we work from your description.
  3. We read it as the board will and write back with where it stands: which letter you are writing, which review path, what is missing, what contradicts what, and what the board will ask about first.
  4. The letter carries the honest answer. Sometimes that is "file it as it stands," and then you do not need us. Otherwise it names the package your file calls for and a fixed fee, in writing.
  5. You decide. No follow-up campaign, no expiry pressure. When you say yes, the engagement begins with the determination and the plan — the three moves run from there.

Worth having to hand

  • The proposal your committee signed, or the current draft if it is not yet signed.
  • Any letter the board has already sent, exactly as it arrived.
  • The name of the partner site, and whether anyone there has agreed in writing yet.
  • Whether the site is where you work — the own-workplace questions shape the plan.
